离子交换-吡啶偶氮萘酚比色法测定尿锌的初步研究
PYRIDYLAZONAPHTHOL SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF ZINC IN URINE WITH A PRETREATMENT OF CATION RESIN
【摘要】 本文报告用阳离子交换树脂柱浓集并以吡啶偶氮萘酚法比色测定尿锌的实验结果。22例正常人24小时尿锌排泄量中,女性夜间尿锌全距为264~111μg,均数169±50.9;白天514~137μg,均数272±104μg。提示前者更稳定。男性白天与夜间排锌量差异无显著性。该法浓集尿锌的平均回收率103%,洗脱效率达99%。精密度好(CV=4.2%)。简化了比色,减少了干扰。是省时易行的方法。
【Abstract】 Zinc (Zn2+) in urine was determined by the pyridylazonapn(?) spec(?)metric method with a pretreatment of cation resin chromatography. The resultsof 22 normal persons showed that the mean of zinc for daytime(272±104μg) andfor night (169±50.9μg) in the samples from women were significantly different,but no difference was observed in those from men. The mean of zinc in urine for women (442±121μg) and men (699±208μg) in 24 hours samples were significantly different, mainly due to the significant difference between the mean ofnight urine. These results suggest that the night time excretion of urozinc ismore stable and can be better used as an indicator than 24 hours urine samplefor evaluating the zinc metabolic state. The advantages of this method are thehigh degree of recovery (103%), efficiency of elution (>99%) , accuracy (CV=4.2%), simplicity and less interference.
