槲皮素的抗超氧阴离子作用
Study on the Anti-superoxide Anion Radical Effect of quercetin
【摘要】 本文测定了槲皮素对黄嘌呤一黄嘌呤氧化酶一鲁米诺发光体系及碱性连二亚硫酸钠发光体系的影响。测得其IC50分别是2.3和20.9 umol/L.提示槲皮素既有抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶的活性而减少O2?的产生,又有直接清除O2?的作用.
【Abstract】 The anti-superoxide anion radical effect of quercetin was determined by means of xanthinexanthine-oxidase-luminal and alkaliue sodium dithionite-luminal chemiluminescence systems in vitro.The IC50 was 2.3 and 20.9 umol/L respectively.The results suggest that the action mechanism of quercetin may related to reducing the superoxide anion radical formation by inhibiting the xanthine oxidase in the former system and scavenging the superoxide anion radical directly in both systems.
