加工工艺对导电塑料制品电性能的影响

【摘要】 对炭黑填充聚乙烯导电复合材料的熔体流动性以及加工过程对制品电性能的影响进行了考察。发现:复合体导电性能的消失与恢复是可逆的;熔体流动性反映出的临界体积与电阻反映出的临界体积很好地吻合;不同加工方式以及不同的工艺条件对制品的电性能均有很大的影响。

【Abstract】 A series of carbon black-polyethylene conductive composites have been prepared by two -roll mill with different carbon black content. The conductivity and melt flowabilityof the composites have been investigated. The results show that the destroyed conductivityof the composites by poor processing method or conditions may be recoverd by appropriateprocessing method or conditions. The critical volume of carbon black determined byconductivity is as the same as that determined by the melt flowability of the composites.The processing method and conditions have influence on the conductivity of the compo-sites.
