圆柱齿轮减速器专家系统的开发

【摘要】 设计圆柱齿轮减速器的专家系统(CYLINDRICAL GEAR REDUCER DESIGN EX-PERT SYSTEM,以下简称CGREST)是利用人工智能、专家系统技术开发的一个实用的设计型专家系统,是国家“七五”重型机械基础件CAD的一个子项目。本文对专家系统技术在圆柱齿轮减速器设计中的应用理论和实用技术进行了探讨和研究。在设计思想、实现策略、知识采集、知识描述、知识运行等方面,在模拟人类设计专家的思维方面,在机械设计及机械绘图方面进行了尝试,并取得了令人满意的结果。

【Abstract】 An expert system is a programming technique of computer software mainly used to imitate the hu-man expert′s thought to solve a special problem. This paper introduces a practical expert system calledCYLINDRICAL GEAR REDUCER DESIGN EXPERT SYSTEM (CGREST), which is a CAD subjectof the Seventh Five-Year National Economic Plan of China regarding heavy-duty machinery funda-mental parts. The system is developed by use of the principles of artificial intelligence and expert sys-tem. In preparing the system, applied theories and practical techniques of expert system relating to thedesign of cylindrical gear reducers have been deeply explored and investigated. A new attempt has beenmade with satisfactory results obtained as far as designing ideas, implementation strategies, acquisition,representation and application of knowledge, imitation of knowledge and thought of human designers,and mechanical designing and drawing are concerned.
