用恒电位浸蚀-图像分析法进行M2高速钢中碳化物的相分析

【摘要】 本文从极化曲线和其它文献等结果着手得出恒电位浸蚀M2高速钢中单相碳化物的条件,然后用恒电位浸蚀——图像分析法和物理化学相分析法测定M2高速钢回火样品中单相碳化物的体积百分数和重量百分数。由(1)式可得到各碳化物的比重(实验值);另一方面由(2)式也可求得各碳化物的比重(理论值)。从实验上得到,两种方法求出的比重非常接近,因而说明恒电位浸蚀——图像分析法是分析高合金钢中单相碳化物含量的有效工具。

【Abstract】 The conditions of potentiostatic etching of each single-phase carbide in M2 high speed steel was obtained from the experimental polarization curves and from those in the literature. Then the volume percentage and weight percentage of cach single-phase carbide in tempered specimen have been determined by potentiostatic etching——image analysis and physicochemical phase analysis. The specific density of each single phase carbide can be obtained from the formula(1): (Wi/W)/(Vi/V)=di /d(experimental values). On the other hand, the specific density of a single phase carbide can be theoretically calculatad from the formula(2): di′= (n·A·1.66×10-24)/V. It is shown from results that the specific density of each single phase carbide calculated from the two formulae are in good accordence with each other. So it can be said that the potentiostatic etching——image analysis is a powerful means for determining the content of single phase carbide in high alloy Steel.
