用非晶硅太阳电池制作标准电池的可能性

【摘要】 当光强在80—100mW/cm~2之间时,非晶硅太阳电池短路电流与光强呈线性关系。非晶硅太阳电池老化前后光谱响应曲线的峰值位置不变,而曲线形状稍有改变,两曲线下积分面积的变化只有1%。经过老化的非晶硅电池在适当保存条件下能在相当长时间内保持稳定。我们认为,用非晶硅太阳电池可以制作标准电池,经室外标定制作的这种标准电池已经稳定地工作了两年。

【Abstract】 It is measured and found that IsC of a-Si solar cells is a linear function of illumination intensity within 80-100 mW/cm2. The spectral response profiles has slightly changed before and after the cells are aged. However, the position of peaks remains the same, the difference of areas under the two curves is only 1%. It is also proved that the aged cells are very stable in a long time under an appropriate condition. The conclusion is that the reference cells can be made by a-Si solar cells.The a-Si reference solar cells after the outdoors calibration have already been operated for two years
