关于制定地方铁路基本运价的探讨

【摘要】 本文从地方铁路的投资来源构成及经营特点出发,提出了采用运输成本加资金成本制定运价的方法,并分析了不同情况下的基本运价率制定办法。

【Abstract】 Based on the structure of investment sources and operational characteristics of local railways, the paper proposes to establish a freight tariff by taking the transportation cost plus fund cost, and analyzes the method for establishing basic freight tariff under different conditions.
