因子分析-光度法同时测定α-萘酚和α-萘胺
Simultaneous Determination of α-Naphthol and α-Naphthylamine by Using Target Factor Analysis-Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 测定了α-萘酚和α-萘胺混合体系的紫外光谱,用目标因子分析法成功地确定了混合体系的物种数、物种种类以及各物种的含量。平均回收率:α-萘酚为96.19%,α-萘胺为100.99%。并将结果同偏最小二乘法和卡尔曼滤波法做了比较。
【Abstract】 The UV-spectra of a mixture of α-Naphthol and α-Naphthylamine were measured. Thespecies numbers, identities and concentrations of each mixture are determined successfullyby using Target Factor Analysis directly. The average recoveries are 92.2% for Naphthol and101% for Naphthylamine. The results obtained are compared with those by Partial Least Squareand Kalman Filter method.
