【摘要】 介绍黄州煤码头设计和施工中的特点,并简述在资金不足的条件下充分利用自然条件建港的体会。
【Abstract】 Features of the coal terminal in Huangzhou Port are introduced in design and construction, and understanding of fully utilizing physical conditions in building a port under the circumstances of insufficient funds is reached.
