超声声动力学疗法抗癌的初步研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了利用超声声动力学法(Sound dynamic therapy简称SDT)激活血卟啉来治疗癌症的设备和方法,以及离体和在体的实验结果。实验结果表明、单纯使用超声或单纯血卟啉基本上不具有抗癌效应,而超声激活的血卟啉则具有明显的抗癌效应、其中对S180肿瘤细胞悬液中的肿瘤细胞杀死率达95%以上。经两次处理后,对S180实体瘤增长的抑制率可达57.5%。文中还给出声参量与肿瘤细胞杀死率间的关系曲线,并用荧光光谱分析仪对肿瘤细胞损伤情况进行了定量测量,给出了结果。

【Abstract】 This paper presents the experemental results of cancer therapy by hematoporphyrin derivatives (HPD) excited by ultrasound. The in vitro and in vivo experiments show that the excited hematoporphrin derivatives (HPD) has obvious antitumor effect at the concentration of 50μg/ml, and the killing rate on S180 cells is 95% or more. The inhibit rate of HPD on mouse S180 tumor growth reaches 57. 52% after the treatment with ultrasound twice. The damage to tumor cells caused by the excited HPD is measured quantitatively by fluoreseent spectropootometry. The submicroscopic structure change of the tumor cells observed with electron microscope, and the principle and the equipment used in the experments are also reported.
