霍乱肠毒素凝胶色谱分离方法的改进

【摘要】 <正> 自60年代以来,分离霍乱肠毒素(CT)的方法甚多,但存在分离步骤复杂、或纯度不高、或上样量太小等缺点,且目前尚未见到CT的高效液相色谱(HPLC)分离的报道。我们经过实验室探索,建立了一种简便可靠的CT凝胶色谱分离纯化方法,经HPLC分析证明CT纯度较高,现报道如下。

【Abstract】 A simple and reliable method for the isolation and purification of cholera enterotoxin (CT) is described. DEAE-Sephadex A50 was used to remove first the large parts of the pigments and other mixed protiens from the Vibrio cholera culture filtrate, and then the CT was purified through the Sephacryl S-200 column. In addition, the HPLC method for CT isolation on the column of TSK-2000SW was also, tested.
