【Abstract】 In this research, a kind of deformation austenite can be obtained whose carbides are of particle shapes precipitated during undercooling decomposition on basis of the principle of the precipitation induced by deformation, and pure (100%) "Q & T" structures can also be obtained by controlling cooling proudures and refraining the precipitation of ferrite to accelerate the precipitation of particle carbides.
