正交设计和方差分析应用于悬浮物和沉积物的EDAX分析条件试验
APPLICATION OF ORTHOGONAL-DESIGN AND VARIANCE ANALYSIS TO INVESTIGATE THE ANALYTICAL CONDITIONS WITH EDAX FOR PARTICULATE SUSPENSIONS AND SEDIMENTS
【摘要】 本文用正交试验和方差分析对悬浮物和沉积物粉末样品的EDAX分析进行了条件试验和数据处理,找出影响试验结果的主要因素和最佳分析条件,提高了分析结果的准确性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the orthogonal designs and variance analysis were used to investigate the EDAX analytical conditions for particulate suspensions and sediments in sea water.The major factors affecting the results of analysis,as well as the best analytical conditions were found out according to a large number of analytical and calculated data to raise the accuracy of EDAX analysis for powder samples.
