中华乌塘鳢仔稚鱼的生长发育

【摘要】 在实验培养条件下,观察了中华乌塘鳢Bostrichthys sinensis(Lacepede)仔稚鱼期的鳍、消化管、鳃耙等器官的发育过程。测量仔稚鱼标本198尾,将全长等11个形态指标数据进行线性回归处理,找出各形态指标与全长之间的关系。

【Abstract】 This paper presents systematical observations and measurements on some biological characteristics of Bostrichthys sinensis larvae and juveniles.1. Bostrichthys sinensis lays sticky eggs, 0.95-1.08mm in diameter. The zygotes suck up moisture and expand to "long melon shapes" when hatching, and reach to largest size 3.35×1.15mm by 3 hours. After hatching the larvae use up the yolk and begin exogenous feeding by 4 days.2 . The data of morphological measurements were divided into 14 groups. The linear regressions of 10 morphological targets were made on total length, and 10 equations were gained, such as Y1 = 0.747X+ 0.766 (Y1: body length, X: total length).3 . The caudal fin rays, No.2 dorsal, anal and pectoral fins were observed respectively by 3 , 8 , 8 and 15 days respectively. Ventral fin and No.l dorsal fin appeared simultaneously about 15 day after hatching, and both the fin rays number 16.The digestive system of the just hatched out larvae appears as a straight tube. By 4 or 5 days it has the fundamental structure of a digestive system similar to an adult, and the four parts: esophagus, stomach, intestine and rectum are seen. The gill-raker of larvae and juveniles are short and sparse, which shows the characteristics of unfiltered feeding.4 . Fish total length (X) was related to body weight (W) by the equation: PF = 5.134 ×10-4X4.296.
