【Abstract】 Fatigue strength of steel is an essential parameter for designing motor vehicle parts and analysing their reliability, but fatigue strength of domestic steel is usually not giren by its manufacturers, In this paper the incidence analysis to the σ_0.2, σ_b and σ_-1 is carried out by using the grey system analysis, and an expression to estimate the σ_-1 from σ_0.2 of domestic alloy steel is then derived.
