【Abstract】 Takeing the square spline on the cam shaft of the rear brake of model CA141 truck as an example the cold squeezing technology of square spline and the main factors effecting the shaping process are studied. By making use of the upper limit method, the rule of metal flow has been analysed and the squeezing force calculated. The result shoult shows that utilizing upper limit method to calculate squeezing foree may provide the theoretical basis for die design. And cold squeezing square snline with concave mono-block die may meet the demand of design specifcationof spline product.更多还原
