制动凸轮轴方花键的整体凹模冷挤工艺

【摘要】 以CA141型汽车后制动凸轮轴方花键为例,研究了方花键冷挤压工艺及影响成形的主要因素,并应用上限法分析了金属流动规律及挤压力。结果表明,应用上限法计算挤压力,可为模具设计提供理论依据,整体凹模冷挤方花键可满足设计要求。

【Abstract】 Takeing the square spline on the cam shaft of the rear brake of model CA141 truck as an example the cold squeezing technology of square spline and the main factors effecting the shaping process are studied. By making use of the upper limit method, the rule of metal flow has been analysed and the squeezing force calculated. The result shoult shows that utilizing upper limit method to calculate squeezing foree may provide the theoretical basis for die design. And cold squeezing square snline with concave mono-block die may meet the demand of design specifcationof spline product.
