应用推广的Maxwell-Mohr定理计算活塞环自由状态型线
Calculation of Piston Ring Shape in Its Free State by Generalized Maxwell-Mohr Theorem
【摘要】 按所选择的活塞环径向压力分布函数求解活塞环自由状态型线时,通常采用只考虑弯矩作用的解高阶常微分方程的方法.本文与惯常的方法不同,采用由作者提出的Maxwell-Mohr定理的推广形式,即引入参变量γ后求出整个构件的广义变形位移曲线,此时综合考虑了弯矩、法向力和切力的全部影响,并使计算过程更为格式化.对于通常仅由余弦函数构成的径向压力分布表达式以及作者所提出的一种新而有效的径向压力分布表达式,均给出了按Maxwell-Mohr推广形式定理所求出的计算公式.
【Abstract】 Generalized Maxwell-Mohr theorem with parameter γ offered by the first author of the paper was used to calculate piston ring shape in its free state. The approach is superior to traditional one in considering all the factors affecting deflection including bending moment, normal force, and shearing force instead of the bending moment only. Calculation formulae for piston ring with cosine radial pressure distribution and that proposed by authors were included.
