【Abstract】 The essay reported the testing method and results of toxicity research of the pesticide to a water flea, Daphnia Magna. The LC₅0 （24 h） of three groups of flea to the standard check chemical, K₂Cr₂O₇, were 1.41, 0.58 and 8.93mg/L, respectively. The LC₅₀ （24, 48 and 72 h） of the group 1 of flea to the pesticide tested were 197.8, 110.2 and 78.2 mg/L, respectively. There was no effect on the reproduction of the flea, when concentration of the pesticide was below 6.4×10^-6. The tolerance of the groups of water flea to the pesticide was the same as to K₂Cr₂O₇ in order. The pesticide was low in toxicity or nearly non-toxic to Daphnia Magna.更多还原
