血浆cAMP cGMP与NIDDM合并胆结石治疗前后变化的临床研究

【摘要】 本文对35例 NIDDM 合并胆结石治疗前后测定空腹 cAMP、cGMP、INS、FBG 含量变化,上述各项治疗前后均值呈显著性交化,FBG 随病情好转而明显控制,cAMP,INS 随病情好转而显著性升高,cGMP 虽治疗前后含量变化不大,仍有统计学意义。临床研究结果提示,cAMP、cGMP 与 NIDDM 合并胆结石密切相关。

【Abstract】 The plasma concentration change of cAMP,cGMP,INS and FBG was studied in 35 pa-tients with NIDDM combining with cholecystolithiasis before and after treatment.The con-centration varied significantly.After treatment,FBG got normal,cAMP,cGMP and INSincreased markedly.The results suggested that cAMP and cGMP had close relationship withNIDDM combining with cholecystolithiasis.
