【Abstract】 This article presents an update technique of continuous temperature measurement on the liquid steel with a continuously temperature measuring thermocouple, which consists of a metal ceramic outer sleeve and a dual platinum-rhodium thermocouple. This new instrument is more suitable for continually measuring temperatures of liquid steel in the tundish for concasting and in the VOD refining furnace owing to its high temperature liquid steel erosion prevention, thermal shock protection, washout resistance, free of hot metal sticking and high measuring accuracy.更多还原
