柴油机缸体振动的模态分析和改进设计
Modal Analysis and Modification of Diesel Cylinder
【摘要】 首先概述了试验模态分析的基本原理,然后对柴油机缸体进行试验模态分析,建立了缸体的离散化数学模型,并运用振型叠加原理计算了缸体实际工况下的阻尼动态响应,最后据此对缸体进行了改进设计,并取得了满意的结果。
【Abstract】 Basic principles of Test modal analysis are outlined, and discreted mathematical model for diesel cylinder extablished. Dynamic damped response of cylinder block under actual operating condition is calculated on mode supperposition principle. Based on above analysis, the cylinder is modified with satisfactory results obtained.
