稀土渗碳钢20CrMnRE的显微组织和力学性能研究
STUDY OF MICROSTRUCTURE AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF RARE-EARTH ELEMENT DOPED CASE-HARDENED STEEL-20CrMnRE
【摘要】 研究了稀土渗碳钢20CrMnRE的奥氏体晶粒度、淬透性、渗碳组织及各种力学性能,并与20CrMnTi进行比较,同时还分析了稀土元素在试验钢中的作用。结果表明,由于稀土元素的有利作用,使20CrMnRE 的各项性能达到或超过了20CrMnTi 的水平,钢材成本也有所降低。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the austenite grain size,hardenability,car-burized case structure and various mechnieal properties of rare earth elementdoped case-hardened steel.All these are compared with 20CrMnTi.Moreover,various useful effects of rare-earth elements on steel investigated are analy-sed.Results show that,because of the effect of rare earth element,all test-ed properties of 20CrMnRE reached or exceeded the 20CrMnTi and decreasedthe costs of the steel.
