【Abstract】 Lowdin proposed that an asymmetric double potential well existed inthe X-H……Y hydrogen boud system of the base pair in the DNA molecule.In this investigation the calculation indicated that after He-Ne Laser irradiated the seed, the proton tunneling effect was increased by 20 orders of magnitude, and DNA. mutation with practical significance can be produced by the Laser breeding.
