【Abstract】 This paper presents a method for compressing quality data. By using the characteristic of normal distribution, the portion q of the quality parameters of a product outside the range of statistical tolerance is calculated. Different quality characteristic values Q are given to describe the variables on the basis of the value of q. After Q is obtained, a large number of data can be compressed. By synthesizing quality characteristic value Q, quantitative description of the overall quality of products can be found.更多还原
