互花米草总黄酮对小鼠免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 互花米草总黄酮(TFS)是从盐沼植物互花米草中分离得到的一种免疫活性物质。在研究TFS对小鼠免疫功能的影响时发现TFS156.25×10-6ip qd×8导致由环磷酰胺引起的免疫抑制小鼠的胸腺重量增加。TFS154.25×10-6sc qd×5还显著提高C57/BL和昆明小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬百分率和吞噬指数。TFS 3.125,12.5ug/ml在体外可明显促进由ConA诱导的3H-TdR参入的淋巴细胞转化。

【Abstract】 Total flavonoids of Spartina alterniflora(TFS) are immuno-active materials isolated from Spartina alterniflora, a salt marsh plant. The effects of TFS on immune function in mice were studied. It was found that TFS 156. 25 mg/kg ip qd×8 caused a significant increase in the weight of thymus in immuno-suppressed mice induced by cyclophosphamide (CYT). TFS 154. 25 mg/kg sc qd×5 also increased markedly the phagocytic percentage and the phagocytic index of macrophages in peritoneal exudate, both in C57/BL and Kunming mice". TFS 3. 125-12. 5 μg/ml remarkably promoted lymphocyte transformation of 3H-TdR incorporation induced by ConA in vitro.
