【Abstract】 Trichomonas vaginalis in secretion from severe vaginitis were inoculated in podapre trichomonady and were cultivated purely, the final concentration of colchicine was 2^-7mol/L. The chromosome were made with the air desiccation. The number was 2n=24 n=12. The first group from 1 to 3 couple was big type in the middle centromere （M）, the second group from 4 to 6 was middle type in the middle centromere（m）, the third group from 7 to 8 couple was middle type in the secondary middle, centromere （Sm）. the fourth group from 9 to 11 couple was middle tiny type in the secondary end centromere（St）, the fifth group from the twelfth couple was tiny type in end centromere with the comma shape.更多还原
