【Abstract】 In the experiment. the necrosis of rat cardiac muscle resulted from isoproterenol was dynamically observed in the pathological morphology. Furthermore, a "multi-function-image-treatment-system" was applied to measure the necrosis areas of cardiac muscle quantitatively. The result suggested the optimum time for the animal model reproduction of cardiac muscle necrosis with injection of isoproterenol in rat and thee influence of isoproterenol on the tissues of the liver and the kid(?)ey.更多还原
