【摘要】 本研究以碱性磷酸酶(AP)及辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)为标记物采用AP-ABC、HRP-PAP染色法选用多种抗体对脑淋巴瘤及增生性淋巴结炎中的淋巴细胞、星形细胞或组织细胞进行双酶双标记,发现第一、第二步骤分别采用AP-ABC法、HRP-PAP法为双标记的最佳模式,本文亦就该双标法的优缺点及双酶双标中显色剂的选用等进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The lymphocyte and astrocyte or histiocyte in cerebral lymphoma and proliferative lymphadenitis were double-labelled by AP-ABC and HRP-PAP staining methods with various antibodies.The alkaline phosphatase (AP) and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) were used labelling enzymes.The following procedure was fourd to be the best one:the first step was AP-ABC, and the second step was HRP-PAP.The advantages and the disadvantages of this method and how to choose the enzyme substrates were discussed.更多还原
