【Abstract】 Quality control of inner anticorrosive coating of the tubes occupies a position of importance in the anticorrosive engineering of tubes.The structural designs for the vehicle detecting inner anticorrosive coating of the tubes of small diameter are presented in this paper:the basis of selecting electrical machine by which the vehicle is driven and the cables by which the vehicle is connected with the instrument box is proposed;the feasible outlines of designing the overall project,the decelerator,the driving and driven wheels,the guiding mechanism,the film thickness detector and its elevator are furnished;the brief principles of designing the accessories of the vehicle for the purpose of extending range of measurement tube diameter are given.更多还原
