【摘要】 本文介绍了4117型串列加速器运行和改进。其中包括860型离子源电离器实验情况和从1988年以来高能离子注入实验情况。

【Abstract】 This article introduces the operation and improvement of model 4117 tandetron, including the home-made ionizer for model 860 ion source and the work of high energy implantation since 1988.
