扭振固有频率对轴系结构参数的敏感度分析与应用
APPLICATION AND ANALYSIS OF SENSITIVITY OF NATURAL FREQUENCY OF TORSIONAL VIBRATION TO STRUCTURE PARAMETERS OF SHAFT SERIES
【摘要】 本文利用敏感度理论分析了汽轮发电机组轴系扭振固有频率对轴系结构参数的敏感度,提出了汽轮发电机组轴系扭振模拟机的动特性设计方法,开发了轴系扭振动特性分析与设计程序,并对东方300MW汽轮发电机组轴系扭振模拟机的扭振动特性进行了优化设计,达到了设计要求。该方法也可应用于实际机组轴系扭振动特性的优化调整。
【Abstract】 The sensitivities of natural fiequencies of torional vibration to structure parameters of shaft series are analyzed by the theory of sensitivity. A design method for the torsional vibration characteristics of shaft series of a simulant tuibine-generator is developed. The procedure has been made and used in the optimimum design and dynamics analysis of torsional vibration of shaft seiies of the simulant turbine-generator, which can simulate the torsional vibration characteristics of the shaft series of 300MW tuibinegenerato. And the designed result is satisfactory.
