【摘要】 本文对湖北沼山珍珠岩进行了矿物、化学成分和膨化工艺研究,同时进行以水泥和水玻璃为粘结剂的膨胀珍珠岩制品的研制。其中以425、525号水泥为粘结剂的中试产品达到国家GB10303—89优等品的标准。本文所论及的方法和制品为该地区珍珠岩矿床评价提供了实验依据,也为沼山珍珠岩制品厂提高产品质量找到了有效途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the authors discuss the mineral association, chemical composition and ex-pansion techniques of pearlites from Zhaoshan, Hubei Province. The optimum conditions for expansion of pearlites from Zhaoshan are as follows: grain size of ore ranging from 0.83mm to 2.00mm, preheating at 450℃ for 15 min and roasting at 1200℃ for 20 sec. In the mean-time, there have been carried out the conditional experiments of the expanding pearlite prod-ucts with cement as a binder and the preparation of its intermediates(intermediate products), and then a preliminary research on how to manufacture the pearlite products with water glass(sodium silicate) as a binder. The intermediates with cements(strength of 425 and 525) as binders are excellent products reaching the standard GB10303-89. The method and products mentioned in this paper would provide an experimental evidence for the evalua-tion of pearlite deposits in this area and an effective way for Zhaoshan Manufacturer of Pearlite Procucts to improve the product’s quality.更多还原
