聚乙烯吡啶树脂吸附有机酸和醇的特性

【摘要】 采用悬浮聚合的方法合成了一系列不同交联度的凝胶型和大孔型聚(4-乙烯吡啶-二乙烯苯)树脂,并研究了此类树脂的吸附性能。结果表明交联度为5%(mol)的凝胶型树脂(简称G5树脂)对羧酸和醇等有机物的吸附特性优良。测定了G5树脂的物理性质;讨论了吸附质分子结构对吸附特性的影响。吸附质的酸性和疏水性是影响吸附性能的两个重要因素。酸性越强,疏水性越大,吸附量也越大。

【Abstract】 A series of polyvinylpyridine resins with various crosslinking degree,both gel and macropore type, were synthesized by suspension polymerization. The adsorption characteristics of carboxylic acids and alcohols on the resins were studied. The results show that the gel resin with 5% (mol) crosslinking degree is a good adsorbent for carboxylic acids. Some physical properties of G5 resin were determined. The effects of the structure of adsorbate molecular on adsorption characteristics were discussed. The results indicate that both adsorbate acidity and hydrophobic property are important factors on adsorption.
