等离子喷镀高T_c YBCO膜超导微波谐振腔的研究
Study On Microwave Resonance Cavities With High Tc YBCO Superconducting Films Made By Plasma Spray Coating
【摘要】 研究了用等离子喷镀高Tc YBCO超导膜x波段微波谐振腔的若干重要特性。观察了等离子喷镀的超导膜长期存放后的稳定性、超导膜对不同基体材料的附着力、不同基体材料和其他因素对谐振腔品质因素Q0的影响。研究结果提供的若干数据对高Tc超导材料付诸应用有重要参考价值。
【Abstract】 The study of basic properties of X band microwave resonance cavities with high Tc YBCO superconducting films made by plasma spray coating is described. The investigated properties include the stability of superconducting films after long storage , the adhesive forces of superconducting films to different substrate materials, and the influence of different substrate materials and other factors on quality factor of resonance cavities. The data reported here might be useful to the application of high T_c superconducting materials.
