热连轧机轧制压力数学模型

【摘要】 以生产现场的钢作为样本,采用恒应变速率凸轮塑性计,测定热轧条件下的流动应力,并建立较全面地考虑变形条件和化学元素的影响及其交互作用的流动应力模型。以此为基准,采用现场实测轧制数据回归得到轧制压力模型,并投入计算机在线控制生产,成功地代替了原模型,轧制过程稳定,带钢头部厚度精度高,经济效益显著。

【Abstract】 The flow stresses on samples of carbon steel which were collected from hot strip mill in wuhan Iron and Steel Co. were measured by a cam plastometer with constart strain rate and the mathematical model of flow stress was obtained with the influences of chem cal elements and their interaction were fully considered. Based on the mathematical model of flow stress, experimental data were chosen to make regression analysis and a new mathematical model of rolling pressure was obtained. It has been successfully used for on-line production control instead of the original one. Rolling process has been steady and the accuracy of thickness on the ends of strip steel increases. It has brought and will bring enomorous economic benifit.
