【Abstract】 Ames test with S. Typhimurium according to the guideline of the Organization of Economic Coorperation and Develogment for the mutagenicity was used to test the extract of the dried sweet potato scraps produced in Changle county. The results indicated that the genetic toxicity and potential carcino- genicity of the dried scraps produced last year were positive, but negative this year. These were caused by the mildew on the dried scraps. The toxic reaction resulted from the mildew toxin.更多还原
