扩展Hubbard模型的超导理论
ON THE THEORY OF SUPERCONDUCTIVITY IN THE EXTENDED HUBBARD MODEL
【摘要】 在扩展Hubbard模型中,考虑了运动学相互作用所引起的成对机制。利用格林函数运动方程技术,得到了关于正常和反常格林函数方程组,由此获得了超导能隙方程和超导转变温度方程。结果表明,相邻格点电子间的库仑排斥在计算超导转变温度时,不能忽略。
【Abstract】 A pairing mechanism caused by the kinematical interaction in the exte- nded Hubbard model is considered.The equations of normal and anomalous Green’s function are obtained by the use of technique of equation of motion. So, equations are derived to the superconducting gap and transition temperature. The results show that the coulomb repulsion of electrons between nearest neighbour sites is not negligible in the calculation of superconducting transition temperature.
