设备故障诊断的电机电流方法

【摘要】 本文提出一种利用交流电机定子电流信号进行电机及其驱动设备故障诊断的新方法。原始信号由钳式电流传感器拾取,经Hilbert变换包络分析,成功地从中提出有关机械故障信息。对几台典型的往复式空压机和离心泵进行了实测分析,初步证实了该方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a new method has been given, which is to make fault diagnosis of motor and driving equipments using motor current signature analysis. The current signal is picked up by a clamp-on current transformer, mechanical fault information has been successfully extracted from it by means of Hilbert transformation. For a few typical reciprocating compressors and pumps, the test and analysis are made, This method proved initially to be effective.
