机床滚动导轨油膜阻尼技术的研究
On the Oil Film Damping Technique on Machine Tools Rolling Guideways
【摘要】 普通滚动导轨采用油膜阻尼技术,可使其整体抗振性能显著提高,并能保持原有良好的低速运动平稳性。通过对平行间隙矩形平面油膜阻尼性能的试验研究,得出该种油膜的阻尼系数的试验公式。试验研究表明,通过合理选择油膜阻尼参数,可获得良好的阻尼效果和工作可靠性。
【Abstract】 Squeeze oil film damping technique has been proved available toimprove greatly the shock resistance of the rolling guideways on machine toolsand keep up the low-speed stability as it was. Through tests, an experimentalformula is obtained to calculate the damping coefficient of planar oil films placedin parallel gaps. Test results also show that better damping effect will be gotwith operating reliability, providing damping parameters have appropriatelybeen chosen.
