3Cr13粉末不锈钢的研究
Study on Powder-Formed 3Cr13 Stainless Steel
【摘要】 采用球磨、粉末热处理、合金化及活化烧结工艺对 3Cr13粉末不锈钢性能进行了研究。结果表明,3Cr13 不锈钢粉末经 6 h 球磨,860 ℃预处理及加 2 wt%Cu可改善其压制性,提高压坯密度及烧结性能。3Cr13 粉末不锈钢在硬度、压溃方面优于实体不锈钢,用其制作水泵轴套材料是可能的。
【Abstract】 Investigates the compactibility and sinterability of powder-formed 3Cr13 stain-less steel by virtue of ball milling, powder pretreatment, alloying and activ-ated sintering. The results indicate that both its compactibility and sintera-bility can be improved through a regime of ball milling for 6 h and powderpretreatment at 860℃ with the addition of 2 wt% of Cu. It is proved that thepowder--formed 3Cr13 stainless steel is superior to conventional stainless steelsin hardness and radial crushing strength, and is feasible to bushing materialof submersible pumps.
