菜豆荚和叶对炭疽病(Colletotrichum lindemuthianum)的抗性及其相关性的研究

【摘要】 本文研究了24个菜豆品种和材料的荚和叶对炭疽病的抗性。结果表明,5个品种荚部表现免疫,其中3个品种叶片表现高抗。荚和叶的抗病性具有相关性(r=0.6796)。离体荚喷雾接种法适宜于荚部抗病性鉴定。

【Abstract】 The resistance of pods and leaves of 24 bean varieties to anthracnose was studied.The re-sults showed that the pods of five varieties were immune,while the leaves of three varietieswere high resistant.The correlation between the resistance of pods and leaves was high(r=9.6796).The inoculation method of spraying the detached pod was suitable for testingpod resistance.
