N-(3′,4′,5′,-三甲氧基肉桂酰)邻氨基苯甲酸的抗过敏作用研究
ANTIALLERGIC EFFECTS OF N-(3’,4’,5’-TRIMETHOXYCINNAMOYL) ORTHO-AMINOBENZOIC ACID
【摘要】 N-(3’,4’,5’-三甲氧基肉桂酰)邻氨基苯甲酸(TOA)(100 mg·km-1ip)显著抑制同系大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应(PCA)。剂量为 50和100 mg·kg-1·d-1,ip×4d时,明显抑制大鼠反相皮肤过敏反应(RCA)。致敏同时给药(50和100mg kg-1·d-1,ip×6d)或攻击前给药(100mg·kg-1·d-1,ip×2d),TOA对SRBC诱导的小鼠迟发型过敏反应(DTH)均有明显抑制作用。剂量为 50和100 mg·kg-1ip时,TOA对大鼠皮内注时组胺及5-羟色胺(5-HT)引起的毛细血管通透性增加均有显著拮抗作用。
【Abstract】 Antiallergic effects of N-(3’,4’,5’-Trimethoxy cinnamoyl)Ortho-aminobenzoic acid(TOA)were stu-died in rats and mice. TOA(100mg. kg-1. ip) inhibited 48h homologous passive cutaneous anaphylaxis(PCA) in rats. At the Dose of 50 or 100mg.kg-1, ip for 4 or 6 days, TOA also significantly inhibi-ted reversed cutaneous anaphylaxis(RCA)in rats. and delayed type hypersinsitivity(DTH) to sheep redblood cells(SRBC)in normal mice. The studies also showed that TOA can markedly decrease the capil-lary permeability induced by histamine and 5-HT. The reslults indicate that it may be valuable to de-velop TOA as an antiallergic drug.
