甲状腺区辨认喉返神经的解剖数据

【摘要】 本文在100侧(50具)成人尸体上,从临床应用的角度,调查了喉返神经在甲状腺区的毗邻关系,提出了在甲状腺手术中辨认喉这神经的解剖数据和临床标志,为保护喉返神经提供了可靠的解剖数值依据。

【Abstract】 From the point of view of clinical application, the recurrent nerve adjacent to other structures in the thyroid gland region was investigated on 100 sides of the adult cadavers. The anatomical data by which the recurrent nerve in operations of the thyroid gland may be accurately identified was made up. Thus, a dependable foundation on which the recurrent nerve is protected from damage is provided.
