PPTA/尼龙1010分子复合材料流变行为的研究

【摘要】 本文介绍用共沉淀法制得PPTA/尼龙1010分子复合材料,讨论了不同组成的分子复合材料的流变行为,发现PPTA/尼龙1010分子复合材料的表观熔体粘度比纯尼龙1010的大,且熔体粘度对温度变化的敏感性不象尼龙1010那样突出。

【Abstract】 The PPTA (poly-p-phenylene terephthalamide) /Nylon 1010 mole-cular composites (MC) was prepared by coprecipitation method.The rheological behavior of PPTA/Nylon 1010 MC was discussed in detail,it was found that the apparent melting viscosity of PPTA/Nylon 1010 MC was higher than that of Nylon 1010 and the viscosity of Nylon 1010 was more sensitive to the temperature than that of PPTA/Nylon 1010 MC.
