毛白杨及其杂种无性系苗期生长与光合性能的比较研究

【摘要】 林木的早期预测和选择是林木育种研究中的重要课题.对14个毛白杨选种和杂种无性系苗期生长与其光合性能的比较研究结果表明,无性系问生长量和净光合速率等几个光合性能指标均达到差异极显著水平,杂种无性系的多数指标优于选种无性系.通过无性系材积生长与几个光合性能指标进行相关分析,发现除气孔阻力以外,其他指标与材积生长相关程度均达到极显著水平.相关系数较高的是材积分别与净光合速率乘以单株叶面积、LT值乘以单株叶面积和QE值,分别为0.887 5、0.870 7和-O.989 4.因此,这些指标与毛白杨的材积生长相关紧密,可以作为早期预测的参考指标.

【Abstract】 The early prospect and selection are very important in the practice of forest tree improvement. A comparative study was carried out on early growth and photosyntheiic activity among 14 clones of Populus tomentosa and its hybrids. The results show that the difference is significant among the clones in early growth (including Height [H], Breast Height Diameter [BHD] and total Leaf Area [.LA]), Net Photosynthetic Rate (NPR), comparative Light Transformation rate(LT), comparative index of Quantum Efficiency (QE), and Resistance of Stomatal (RS). The hybrids growth is superior to the original clones. The results of relativity analysis indicate that the correlation is highly significant between early growth and the photosynthetic characteristics of the clones. These parameters of photosynthetic productivity, therefore, can be chosen as reference indices in the selection of early growth of the clones
