【Abstract】 The green plant protein extraction from trifolium pratense L,a kind of grass,by heating the grass juice is investigated in pilot scale.The juice yield can reach 54.6 %,when the pressure is applied to 15 MPa.For extracting protein from the juice,heating temperature of 60,80 and 96℃ is tested.The results show that temperature affected protein separation retentions of vitamine C and amino acid apparently.更多还原
