桃果实日生长量模拟的数学模型
A Mathematic Model for Simulating Daily Growth of Peach Fruit
【摘要】 根据对桃果实实测生长量数据的观察,提出了用多项式表示果实生长量均值增长趋势与用正弦或余弦函数描述其周期性收缩和膨大行为相叠加的生长曲线模型。通过变量变换,将非线性模型化为线性模型后,用 GENSTAT 程序对模型进行了参数识别,此模型按周期的公倍数为24 h 的正弦或余弦函数项数的不同分为3种。结果表明,这种模型能极好地描述果实的生长变化规律,GENSTAT 软件在此类模型参数辨识中表现出程序设计简单、易懂、易于修改,具有类似于会话语言的特点。所开发的此种模型将有利于寻求通过控制水环境来达到提高果园产出和果品品质的工程措施的研究。
【Abstract】 Abstract ased on measured data of peach fruit growth,a growth curve model,with poly- nomial expressions to represent average growth trend and harmonic functions to describe the periodic shrink and enlargement of fruits,is advanced.Having converted the nonlinear model into a linear one by varible transformation,software GENSTAT 5.0 is used to iden- tify parameters of the three models including different terms of the harmonic functions with periods based on 24 hours.The modelling program of GENSTAT 5.0,similar to daily used English,is found to be very easy to write,understand and modify.The growth model should be useful in research of engineering means to control environmental parameters for promoting productivity and quality of orchard fruits.
