【摘要】 用荧光偏振法测定荧光素钠荧光寿命的灵敏度和准确度较高.在荧光素钠荧光强度最强时——激发波为490nm,发射波为515nm,pH值8.5,溶液浓度1.6×10^-5mol/L,测定荧光素钠溶液的荧光偏振度,测定不同温度时荧光素钠溶液的粘度,再根据Perrin公式,求出荧光素钠的荧光寿命.用荧光偏振法测得荧光素钠荧光寿命为3.4ns.更多还原

【Abstract】 A simple, fast and highly accurate method for determining the lifetime of Sodium fluorescein is presented.Under the condition of λex=490nm, λem=515nm, C=1.6×10 ~5mol/L and pH=8.5, we measured the flucrescent polarity of sodium floerescein solution by using flucrescence polarimetric methed.
