甘草甜素与蛋白结合的研究
Study of the Binding of Glycyrrhizin to Albumin
【摘要】 本文采用超滤法研究了甘草甜素与蛋白的结合。结果表明,当甘草甜素的浓度不高于2mM时,98%的甘草甜素皆可与蛋白结合。Scatchard图指出,甘草甜素的蛋白结合具有两种类型的结合点。用MULTI程序对结合的详细情况进行了分析,结果表明,在两类结合点中,第一类结合点具有很高的结合常数。
【Abstract】 Ultrafiltration technique was used to research the binding of glycyrrhizin to albumin. The results showed that 98% glycyrrhizin could be bound to albumin when its concentration was not above 2 mM. Scatchard plot indicated that there were two types of binding sites. MULTI programme was used to analyse the binding details, and it was demonstrated that in the two types of binding sites the first one has a very high association constant.
