【Abstract】 Ultrafiltration technique was used to research the binding of glycyrrhizin to albumin. The results showed that 98% glycyrrhizin could be bound to albumin when its concentration was not above 2 mM. Scatchard plot indicated that there were two types of binding sites. MULTI programme was used to analyse the binding details, and it was demonstrated that in the two types of binding sites the first one has a very high association constant.更多还原
