小麦兰矮病病原物——类菌原体的初报

【摘要】 对陕西、甘肃历史上严重发生的小麦兰矮病经超薄切片电镜观察,在受侵叶切片韧皮部筛管细胞、叶肉薄壁细胞及叶绿体中可见大量典型类菌原体病原物。根据症状特征和类菌原体病原物,初步定名为小麦类菌原体兰矮病(Wheat Mycoplasma Like-Organism Blue Dwarf-WMBD)。

【Abstract】 Through electron microscopic observation of ultrathin sections to wheat blue dwarf necrotic phenomena which was serious in Shaanxi and Gansu provinces in history, the great amount of typical MLO pathogenic organisms in sieve-tube elements and chloroplasts can be seen.Based on the character of symptom and MLO pathogenic organism named it as Wheat Mycoplasma Like-Organism Blue Dwarf diseasc(WMBD).
